You submit a one-paragraph description of your AI idea and a draft one-sentence pitch. We review every submission so live time goes to feedback, not exposition.
Framing
What makes an AI pitch land in 2026 and the three failure modes we see most. The five artifacts VCs actually read, and how they chain together.
Live teardowns
Each founder reads their pitch aloud. Natalia and Amit critique live; what's working, what's tangled, the one specific thing to fix. ~5 min per founder.
Frameworks deep dive
We teach the 2–3 frameworks that fix the failure modes that actually surfaced in the teardowns. This will be dynamic, not pre-canned and chosen live based on the room.
Personal punchlist
Each founder writes their own 7-day homework that includes what to rewrite, in what order, with an async check-in commitment. You leave with a plan.
