    We set up the workspace, cover how Claude Code works and walk through everything included: knowledge base, context library, frameworks, templates, design systems, tools...

  • 30+ agents and 40+ skills

    Walk through the most relevant agents and skills for your situation. You can see them in action, understand when to call which one (and how), and know how to add your own over time.

  • Start filling in your knowledge base

    We fill in the templates: who you are, your domain, your team, your products. Writing styles too. You'll see how I work day to day, use built-in tools, context management, model selection, plan mode..

  • Q&A and next steps

    Open questions, what to build next and a clear picture of how to keep growing the workspace after the session. We might even start on the spot, if there is time left
